The first annual gathering of the newly rebranded Allies for Health + Wellbeing — formerly Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force — the Allies Ball will spotlight the organization’s evolution and the extraordinary individuals making an impact.
Saturday’s gala will highlight the community stakeholders who have been a part of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS service organization since its founding in 1985.
Stroll through the grand rotunda, savor a gourmet dinner and enjoy dessert delights crafted by top Pittsburgh chefs.
Michael Arenella & His Dreamland Orchestra will fill the ornate glass-enclosed space with soaring sounds of hot jazz, while DJ Dad Time will get the dance party going with 1980s classics and remixed beats.
The Ball will also include a presentation of the 2018 Kerry Stoner Award to Bart A. Rauluk, co-founder of the advocacy group, Alpha Pittsburgh.
