Hard Rock Café
March 30
Doors open at 7 p.m.
Rock out for a very important cause this Friday night. Harnessing the power of live music to fight pediatric, adolescent and young adult cancer, CureRock returns for its seventh charity concert.
Making noise for good at the Hard Rock will is this year’s headliner, The Alternate Routes. You might know the Bridgeport, Connecticut-based rock group from their 2014 single, “Nothing More,” which featured actor and singer Lily Costner. In 2016, the five-piece nabbed an Independent Music Award — and a meeting with President Obama at the White House for their song, “Somewhere in America.”
Lending their music to the cause will be Pittsburgh’s own Nevada Color and Working Breed. The event will also feature an auction and raffles. VIP tables include drinks, t-shirts and collectible posters.
Music lovers of all ages may attend with a parent or guardian. Proceeds will benefit children, adolescents and young adults undergoing treatment in Pittsburgh.
