We’ve all been there: You exhale after Shavasana, hop off a bike or swim your final lap and suddenly you’re struck with a flow of light-bulb moments. But what to do next?

Find out at MOVE X CREATE, a first-of-its-kind event designed to reboot your mind and body.

The brainchild of close friends and colleagues Marta Napoleone Mazzoni—host of the award-winning podcast, Marta On The Move—and Jhonphilipp Yonan, founder of MUV Integrated Physical Culture, MOVE X CREATE will transport you from the stagnant daily grind.

Kicking off with a live podcast led by Mazzoni and Yonan, the invigorating itinerary will feature music by Dj Swav Pav, workouts, meditation, creative brainstorming, collaborative games, and interactive feedback.

Sessions will be guided by practitioners from Ascend Pittsburgh, One Point One Yoga, Pop Craft, Fygment, and South Hills Power Yoga.

Rewriting the book on standard retreat fare, the unique event offers a new approach to building community and creativity. Attendees will discover how movement practices can nourish the body, inspire innovation, uplift communities, and foster mindful exploration.

The day of enlightenment will culminate with a toast and a themed cocktail.
