Tacos are all the rage — from dinner tables and mobile trucks, to street vendors to food festivals. But did you know that mighty dragons also have a penchant for the tasty treat?

Find out what erupts when a boy feeds his dragon friends tons of tacos — loaded with red-hot spicy salsa — in Theatreworks USA‘s newest musical revue.

Based on the #1 “New York Times” bestselling children’s book by the acclaimed author/illustrator duo Adam Rubin and Daniel Salmieri, the show will have you LOLing and craving a delicious taco.

The production also features popular stories like “Interrupting Chicken,” “The Dot,” “Mercy Watson Goes for a Ride” and “Cowgirl Kate and Cocoa School Days.” In addition to the Byham Theater, the production will be held at five area schools.

Part of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Citizens Bank Children’s Theater Series, the 60-minute show is geared for children ages three and older.
