Zone 28
December 3
Noon — 5 p.m.

Pittsburgh’s newest entertainment complex is hosting a free grand opening celebration in Harmar, and you’re invited to the party! Play, bowl, eat and drink and your way through Zone 28 alongside local celebs, radio personalities and bloggers.

Lace up and hit the lanes with everybody’s favorite yinzer, Pittsburgh Dad. Try for strikes and spares as you play glow-in-the-dark cosmic bowling while colorful lasers, black lights and music video surround you.

Test your skills playing state-of-the-art and classic video games, Skee-Ball and laser tag. Compete with the Pirates’ Racing Pierogies and snap a selfie while you visit Santa and his cast of family-friendly characters. Your 15 minutes of fame are waiting — if you get picked for a live interview on the YaJagoff podcast.

Sample tasty bites from the Railhouse Restaurant and meet on-air personalities from 96.1 KISS and 102.5 WDVE. For the parents, there will be craft beer with Pittsburgh Happy Hour.

Be one of the first 280 people to arrive and you’ll receive a free $10 game play card. Open to all ages, the event will also collect donations for WTAE’s Project Bundle Up.

Located 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh at 2525 Freeport Rd., the Zone 28 entertainment complex also houses the End Zone Sports Bar and Railhouse Restaurant and party rooms.
