Carnegie Museum of Art
February 15
8 – 11 p.m.

If you’re looking for an artsy alternative to what might be the most over-hyped, Hallmarkified holiday, then this event is made for you.

Explore the creative side of romance, love and partnership on the day after the Cupid-fest when Carnegie Museum of Art (CMOA) keeps its galleries open late for the 18 and older crowd. The love vibes will flow during three hours of Third Thursday activities showcasing the social and flirtatious aspects of CMOA’s world-renowned collections and facilities.

True T PGH will grab the mic — and Cupid’s bow and arrow — to present a twist on the popular 1962 television show “Match Game.” Audience members will become contestants trying to win a date or glory in a Valentine’s Day-themed show featuring performances by some of Pittsburgh’s top queer artists.

Get your groove back with hip-hop, house and pop music from DJ Dezmanian, commune with hundreds of your newest soul mates and join a love-centric tour of the museum.

Fall hard for architecture during hands-on making experiences and conversations led by architect Luc Merx and CMU students, and pop into The Café Carnegie to satisfy your late-night cravings.
