November 15
5—8 p.m.

For 15 years and counting, The Sprout Fund has been working to fuel innovation, engagement and connectivity in the Pittsburgh region. Since its inception in 2001, Sprout has granted more than $6.5 million to some 900 projects and initiatives.

This Tuesday night at “A Grand Gathering,” the public is invited to help The Sprout Fund celebrate 15 ambitious years of its catalytic Seed Award program, enjoy locally-crafted seasonal beers and discover some of the innovative Pittsburgh projects that are transforming our region one grant at a time.

During its Grand Ideas Happy Hour, attendees will also enjoy complimentary East End brews and snacks from The Pretzel Shop, and meet and mingle with Sprouters new and old and learn about the fund’s application procedures.

Past Seed Award recipients, funded project managers, and Sprout Fund staff will be on hand to talk about the breadth of projects and opportunities supported by the Garfield-based nonprofit organization.

At the event, The Sprout Fund will also announce its newest batch of $1,000 Seed Award Grand Ideas projects.
