Just in time for Picklesburgh, Boaz Frankel gets a tour of the Pittsburgh Pickle Company’s production facility in Verona on this installment of Yinzer Backstage Pass. Evan Pohl, the sales and marketing manager, shows us around the facility and explains how they turn 2,000 pounds of fresh cucumbers into hundreds of jars full of briny pickle slices. Also, there’s pickle juice!
