What You’ll Do:

Audience Development

  • Grow existing brand footprint through audience development campaigns and strategy
  • Lead digital and social audience development strategy
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to increase reach and overall brand footprint such as, influencer partnerships and local collaborations quarterly 


  • Guide brand marketing strategy translating into a brand marketing plan and execution
  • Overhaul of current internal and client reporting structure
  • Develop a website lead generation strategy and work with internal teams to execute 


  • CRM integration and development with sales forecasting and goal setting
  • Develop revenue driving, product offerings for existing and new advertiser categories
  • High level client strategy and custom solution creation
  • Maintaining existing advertiser relationships with an emphasis on organic growth
  • Drive new business revenue 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in account service or new business role in an advertising agency.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to apply them in a range of presentation settings.
  • Experience leading and winning new business pitches, specifically submitting proposals.
  • Proven ability to propose and develop creative advertising solutions with and for prospective clients, put those into writing, and then deliver on the terms agreed to.
  • Ability to demonstrate an outstanding degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all written work and analytical content.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally, and sell ideas and suites of services.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Proficient and skilled in social media applications including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, company web pages.
  • Ability to perform without delay and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled and motivated in both administrative and technology duties.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as approved by management and needed.

Employment Type

  • Part-Time 
  • Remote Based with some in-person activities
  • Base Rate + Commission (target OTE $70-$80k+)
