Local healthy food takes center stage this weekend at the 8th annual Farm to Table Conference. Conference-goers will be treated to two days of networking and educational opportunities, including local food tastings, hands-on cooking demos, lectures, exhibitors, and resources about nutrition, health and gardening. The conference is centered around sharing ideas and information about where food comes from and where to find businesses and organizations providing healthy food and healthy lifestyle choices. Keynote speaker is Judy Wicks, founder of White Dog Café and author of Good Morning, Beautiful Business: the Unexpected Journey of an Activist Entrepreneur and Local Economy Pioneer.
