Just when you think the national media is turning down the volume on its Pittsburgh crush, along comes BuzzFeed‘s latest click-hungry list, “26 Ways Pittsburgh Ruins You For Life.”

Compiled by BuzzFeed staffer Nina Mohan, the top 26 includes nods to Pittsburgh’s stunning architecture: there’s “Because every time you go downtown, you become distracted by the magical beauty of the architecture,” and “Because you assume every courthouse is as breathtaking as the Allegheny County Courthouse” and also “Because you forget that Frank Lloyd Wright didn’t just plop his designs near any city.”

Also list-worthy is the city’s vibrant arts and cultural scene, with shout-outs to the Mattress Factory, Carnegie Music Hall, Phipps, City of Asylum and Carnegie Museum of Art’s Hall of Sculpture.

Also leading to our ruination? Dramatic views from our beloved PNC Park, our riverside Mr. Rogers’ sculpture, thrill rides at Kennywood and those scrumptious hotcakes at Pamela’s—all keeping us spoiled.

According to BuzzFeed, even death in the Burgh seems peaceful after visiting iconic Homewood Cemetery, where you can conveniently combine a brisk urban walk with deer and ghost sightings.
