Amy Hamley
Redraven Studios

Amy Hamley makes pieces of home decor and jewelry. For three years, she did it as a side business, working out of her basement and trying to get her wares into the wholesale market. Last year, she took a leap: she quit her job, moved to Pittsburgh and started selling her crafts through a new branch of internet retailer Etsy.

Since then, Hamley’s business, Redraven Studios, has grown exponentially. On Monday, the New York Times’ business section ran a piece on Etsy Wholesale with Hamley and her company prominently featured. Check it out!
