    CITY DESIGN: The Andy Warhol Museum is getting $25 CITY DESIGN: The Andy Warhol Museum is getting $25 million from foundations to create The Pop District on the North Shore. 

🎨The six-block section around the museum will be transformed into a hub for events, creative education and public art.

    REDEVELOPMENT: Downtown’s long-abandoned Smithfi REDEVELOPMENT: Downtown’s long-abandoned Smithfield Cafe site is finding new life as custom condos. 

🏙 The condos are fully customizable, a unique concept compared to other Downtown buildings. The units can range in size from 1,700 square feet all the way up to 10,000 square feet. Prices for the core and shell will start at about $725,000.
