    SUMMER CONCERTS: Live music in the park is back! T SUMMER CONCERTS: Live music in the park is back! The schedule for the Allegheny County Summer Concert Series has been announced and it’s shaping up to be a big welcome back party. 

The FREE concerts at Hartwood Acres and the South Park Amphitheater will feature everyone from Joe Grushecky, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and the Tamburitzans to Michael Franti & Spearhead.

    FOOD NEWS: Acclaimed executive chef Jamilka Borges FOOD NEWS: Acclaimed executive chef Jamilka Borges will run Sally Ann's, the latest addition to the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group. 

DETAILS: The restaurant will take over the former Pork & Beans location Downtown. Expect hearty sandwiches on the menu, as well as vegetable-forward spins on classics such as the Cauliflower Cubano and Kimcheese Melt. It will open at the end of the month, just in time for the Three Rivers Arts Fest.
