Oxford Development is moving ahead with the $273 million second phase of 3 Crossings. 75 Hopper Place, a 145,000-square-foot office building with a large public plaza, is underway.
The lease will require McCaffery Interests to dedicate at least 20,000 square feet to the “largely food-centric” market and 40,000 square feet for local and regional businesses.
“That building will mean a lot to the city and the Strip District if we do it right—and there’s no doubt in my mind that we will," says Dan McCaffery of The Produce Terminal.
